• The Entire Tour went off very well with practically no bitter nostalgia and with more of pleasant memmories and having accomplished the mission with smile, fervour, zeal & enthusiasm!
• Just like I had the last experience with Orbit team at Birmingham, this time your Orbitz had done a much better performance in terms of service , arrangements and in time communications.
• On tour right from the check-in at Mumbai Airport your Tour leader Mr.Srinivasan was very much there to receive us and exult confidence in each of us with his chearfull smile and advice.
• Service was to the top most perfect order nothing left un-turned to gossip upon!
• Accomodation was just superb, the Westbiecher hotel which we were allotted the aged couple managing the hotel very highly courteous and cooperative to each and every requests I did with in the perview of humanity!
• Food:Though I am a strict Vege I had no hassles in keeping to the best of my health and strength.
• Leaders: Each of your Orbitz leader I observe are highly motiviated to deal with varieties of customer characteristics and are always with an attitude Contact me when required.
• Overall experience was a good dream come true that too at Germany where they are rigid enough in speaking in German only.Even at the Paris change over your leaders were highly helpfull in making the change over smooth and equally fast to keep in pace with the tight schedule of the next flight departure.
